What an absolutely brilliant AGPUP and many thanks to Jack Tar for all the work in organising it and to Neptunus for coming over from the Hague at short notice to join in the fun!
A few gems remain. Aintgotany standing up in a quiet railway carriage on the way home announcing "When I was going through customs they asked me if I was travelling on my own. "No" I replied, "with a group." "Ah. You must be with the Pissed up Pensioners" came the reply, which brought a pregnant silence from all including a travelling vicar on board. Many thanks to Weasel / Rocky / ? ANO for keeping the Customs informed!
The memory of Wheels buying a bottle of wine on board and being presented with a bill for 26 euros and Heroin going one better - She had a steak and ordered a glass of red wine with it. When she got the bill the glass of wine cost 16 euros!!! Roll on the next AGPUP, that's what I say!
