Great George Street, Leeds Behind Leeds Town Hall. Our joint red dress run with Yorkshire ,Scarborough, Lancashire and Silloth hashers. This wil be our first red dress run in Yorkshire's premier shopping venue LEEDS. The venue is very close to the german market so there will be time for a stein of beer before the run. The pub will be open from 11am onwards and we have private locked room (Brigids bar )to store your personal belongings. Numbers are diminishing year by year - this time we are expecting 8 attendees, so it is important to make an effort and come and enjoy the fun. The food is £5 per head but this is optional. There is a good food menu available. For your £5 you will get a full English breakfast which is a discounted price .( see below ) As you all know this event does take some forward planning and the indications are that the Scarborough will host the event next year in Scarborough. Having said that i can see no good reason why harrogate ,black pudding or Silloth should not make a bid to stage the event next year. shaggy has already staged a cracking yellow dress run which was a great success. My only piece of advice is get on with the paperwork now. The buskers will be staging a separate event the following Saturday 13th December in Leeds for martin house hospice.
